Create a contact form with Foxyform

foxyform is one of the simplest, fast, light weight and effective contact forms that I ever came across. It is  easy to create and to add it to Blogger.It has got CAPTCHA protection to stop all those spam massages and the best of all is it’s free. You need to follow some easy steps without sign up without nothing :) you can see a live demo :

if you Like it And you want add it To Your Blogger blog You should Fllow these Steps :
  1. Visit foxyform and Fill out the fields 
  2. when you finished Click on Create formular
  3. Copy the Codes given 
  4. Login to your Blogger and create a Static page from your blog's dashboard . Give the page a title, like, “Contact me” or anything that you like.
  5. Paste the copied code ( step 3)and publish the page
