1 -- Go To Blogger > Layout > Edit HTML

3 -- Add The code Below  Above This Code  <b:include data='blog' name='all-head-content'/>

<meta content='DESCRIPTION HERE' name='description'/><meta content='KEYWORDS HERE' name='keywords'/><meta content='AUTHOR NAME HERE' name='author'/>

Change This :

• DESCRIPTION HERE ==> Write a nice description that describes the purpose of your blog .
• KEYWORDS HERE ==> Type in a list of keywords that describes the content of your blog and separate each term with a comma
• AUTHOR NAME HERE ==> enter your name where
